Calcite processing
Chunk of calcite was fed into jaw crusher evenly from hopper for initial crushing.After initial crushing,material was transported to cone crusher by belt conveyor for secondary crushing.After secondary crushing,these materials were fed into vibrating screen and then were separated.After separation,the standards will become part of final product.You need to re-enter rest of the material into cone crusher for crushing again,forming a closed loop mode.Finished size can be connected and graded according to customer special requirements.
Calcite milling process
Calcite material was fed into ball mill evenly by vibrating feeder.After grinding of material,the powder will be blown into cyclone separator by blower.Then these calcite materials are discharged into storage chamber as finished product through a pipe.The whole production process is conducted in a vacuum environment.
